CAPI KPPT Online Training

The Dividal pandemic Covid-19 Central Statistics Agency is demanded to remain productive by utilizing media that can be used as support. One of the routine activities that is often carried out by BPS and affected by Covid-19 is the training of officers, in contrast to the previous ones who conducted direct / face-to-face training this time BPS conducts the training of officers remotely using the online zoom meeting media.

Online Training of CAPI KPPT (Calendar of Record of Slaughtering of Animals) held on 7-8 July 2020 is one of BPS's breakthroughs in providing livestock production data, originally by BPS through a TPH / RPH (Slaughterhouse / Slaughterhouse) survey conducted during once every three months it will be accelerated to once a month. Apart from the accelerated time BPS also made a breakthrough in the form of data collection using CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing), which is data collection using the application on the android cell phone enumerator and no longer using paper questionnaires. The object to be surveyed is all TPH / RPH in North Sulawesi, but if there is no TPH / RPH in the Regency, the data is collected at the Department of Agriculture in this case in the Animal Husbandry Sector.

The training via Zoom Meeting was attended by the enumerator, the person in charge of the Production Statistics Section and the person in charge of the IPDS Section in BPS North Sulawesi Province.
