IKK Survey (Construction Expense Index) Quarter II 2020

In July 2020 BPS of South Minahasa Regency again conducted the IKK Survey (Construction Expense Index). The purpose of this survey was to obtain the price of each main building / construction material, heavy equipment rental, and wages for construction services as the basis for calculating the district Construction Expense Index / city ​​and province. What is meant by main building / construction materials are building materials needed to build 1 (one) building unit per unit size of 5 building types. The prices of each building / construction material, rental of heavy equipment and wages for construction services from these 5 groups of building types will be used to calculate the Regency / Municipal Construction Expense Index throughout Indonesia. The survey enumeration activities are carried out on 20-30 January, April, July and October each year. IKK survey respondents are wholesalers / distributors / traders who sell building / construction materials to contractors, and other categories such as: contractors, Public Works agencies or other relevant agencies (specifically for collecting data on rental prices for heavy equipment, wages for construction workers).
