Focus Group Discussion (FGD) of Public Service Standards

Wednesday, 28 April 2021 BPS South Minahasa Regency held a Zoom Meeting Activity Focus Group Discussion (FGD) of Public Service Standards. This FGD activity invited resource persons from the Ombudsman Representative of North Sulawesi Province as well as 35 participants from the Office / Agency / Agency from South Minahasa Regency and 30 participants from the Office / Agency / Agency from Southeast Minahasa Regency. The event took place smoothly starting at 09.00 WIB and finished at 11.30 WIB. In general, this activity discusses everything about Public Service Standards that must be carried out by public servants, starting from the legal basis, requirements, systems to be built, timeframe, costs, handling complaints, etc. RI). For BPS itself, in particular, this activity also plays a role in publishing the existing service standards at BPS, namely the PST Service Standards (Integrated Statistical Services) to all participants who attend.
