SE2026 Field Data Collection: Kalatin Village, Lowu Utara Urban Village, Ratahan District

From “Remote Village” to Being Counted.

The SE2026 data collection drive has reached Kalatin Village in Lowu Utara Urban Village, Ratahan District.

Although the location isn't far from the center of Ratahan, the atmosphere is quite distinct. Nestled at the foot of Mount Manimporok, this area was long known as a “remote village.” Over time, however, main road access and supporting facilities have improved, making it easier for the community to connect and engage in activities.

Amidst this development, SE2026 officers are on the ground to record the local economic activities. From small businesses to various community economic endeavors, every element plays a role in painting a picture of the economy in Minahasa Tenggara.

Close to the city, yet far from the hustle and bustle. But when it comes to data collection? It certainly cannot be overlooked.
